Bovendien hadden we nu wel voldoende <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wijninga-kamphuis.nl\/wandelen\/2021-de-kocher-jagst-radweg\/\">zadeltraining<\/a> gehad, dus dat mocht nu geen probleem meer worden.&nbsp; Om 09:05 uur zijn we al in Appelscha waar we gaan beginnen. Rond 11 uur zijn we in Spier en kunnen bij het Van der Valk hotel aan de koffie.&nbsp; Daarna door het Dwingelderveld richting Ruinen en vandaar opnieuw door dit heidegebied richting Dwingeloo. Wat opvalt is dat je nauwelijks meer heide ziet. Het is nu bloeitijd voor heide en het zou paars van de heide moeten zijn. Het is een drukte van belang daar op de bankjes.&nbsp; Daarna met een boog naar Dieverbrug en via Diever de bossen van het Drents-Friese woud in. Hier zijn we al vaak geweest en het meeste herkennen we inmiddels wel. Uiteindelijk via de duinen van Appelscha weer terug in dat dorp, waar we om 17:00 uur arriveren. Na een ijsje in het dorp kunnen we voldaan naar huis.
